I go to this Gym. Its a 7minute drive but I like the saunas as it is HOT. I also swim some laps and do the hot yoga.

This is the best Poke bowl on the Gold Coast... well I do only get one dish from here, "Tune Me On". Sushimi tuna. This is a decent 30minute beach walk away from my place. Great to work off the meal you just ate.
