Beautiful beach on the French side within 7 to 8 minute drive. We have found some excellent snorkeling here if it’s a calm day.
Baie Rouge beach
This is famous Maho Beach known for it’s close proximity to the airport landing strip where you can watch planes of all sizes land and take off right above your head. It’s fun entertainment for all ages.

This is our favorite of the 37 beaches on St. Maarten. And it’s the closest - only five minute walk out the door! It’s beautiful white sandy beach with pristine multicolored aqua and blue water is more than inviting.
