A secret, not very well known, and local Old City spot. This may very well be one of the best Sushi places on the entire East Coast. It rivals the best Sushi places in New York. Prepared and made from a family run staff in an open kitchen and Sushi bar that faces the tables, the Sushi is always super fresh and high quality with delicious and gourmet creations daily. Very friendly chef who really knows his stuff. About a 10 minute Uber ride. Its worth the venturing out and is BYOB, meaning you can bring your own Sake, beer, or wine.

The iconic square of Philadelphia. Elegant, historic, and in the center of the shopping district which is just off the square. Filled with great restaurants, pubs, and book stores as well. In the summertime, locals lie out and sun tan or have a picnic in the park of the square which takes up most of the square.

Shopping
Philadelphia's old and open market place. There are very few of these in the United States as its more of a European thing. The old Philadelphia train terminal station was converted into a very neat and interesting food market more like Chelsea Market in New York but all open onto each other like one big maze. We personally do most of our food shopping here. It also has a great food court with all local vendors as well as lots of Amish and PA treats.
