For great views, drive along the Niagara Parkway to the Whirlpool Park where you will have great views of the Whirlpool area where the water from the Falls swirls around before it makes its' way down to Lake Ontario. There is also a cool obsticle course there that you can do for a fee. It's only about 10 minutes drive from the airbnb.
