This is a local hole-in-the-wall. Best known for their burgers, wings, sides and po'boys. The also donate a lot of food and support to Manna Ministries. Be sure and make sure you have a squirt bottle of their horseradish sauce on your table. It is delicious.

Parks & Nature
Oak Mountain has it all. Petting zoo, horseback riding, golf, hiking, animal preservation, beach, paddle board/boat rentals, play grounds, tables and grills, fishing, BMX, bike trails and so much more. The scenery is beautiful. We love to pack a picnic and cook out by the lake. We enjoy a hike up to King's Chair for the stunning views and pictures. If you have an ENO, you will find plenty of places to hang it. Swimming is also allowed in the beach area.

We love Vulcan at night. It's a discounted fee to ride the elevator up to the top for beautiful city line views and pictures. It is great in the day too. The museum (day only) tells a lot about the history of Birmingham.
