A beautiful Japanese restaurant and a place to be on Sunset strip. They have great sushi but also the small robata grilled skewers. Sea-bass & grilled steak skewers among many others are delicious. Try to sit outside as it has a lot of character but the inside is quite beautiful as well.

They have fixed menu and their dishes are super small, however with the variety of food that they serve, it may not sit well with people with sensitive stomach. One last thing to mention is that the restaurant is very very pricey.

The best/freshest sushi in LA, hands down! The restaurant is not a scene, it’s just the freshest sushi which is surprisingly not as expensive as many other sushi places. Beautiful outdoor mall with a lot of nice restaurants to choose from. It’s perfect in a sunny day. During the Christmas Holidays they light up all the trees and it’s gorgeous. Very popular destination in LA. Don’t miss the oldest indoor farmers market right next to it which is at the end of the tip of the walk way. Also, inside the farmer’s market there is a French restaurant called Monsieur Marcel which is great and has very good escargot.

Nature & Hiking
Very popular canyon in LA. Often you will see celebrities walking there. It’s a huge place so I’d be cautious not to get lost in the canyon. There seems to be several paths to choose from when you arrive. Try to remember your paths. Parking is very limited. It’s very close to here (1.5 miles) however to get there by waking, you’d have to take several uphill streets.
