1.5 miles from our place. The Buffalo Zoo is on Delaware Park property and there’s a golf course on the park too, also a smoothie and snack stand called The Juicery. You can walk, run, bike or blade around the paved path loop. One lap is about 1.7 miles in length. Also a great place to picnic, or play various casual sports. There are tennis courts, baseball diamonds and a playground.

There is a restaurant on Hoyt Lake called The Terrace which has great food and cocktails too, with a view. It’s also attached to the Buffalo History Museum which would be worth a visit too.
