Great for walking or hire bicycles from Hassop Station Cafe & Cycle Hire (great food served here as well to fuel up before/after the adventure!). Stunning scenery and spectacular limestone dales.

Explore the atmospheric remains of Magpie Mine in Sheldon. With free access and lots of circular walks surrounding it’s definitely worth a visit. Head into the quaint village of Sheldon for a bite to eat at the Cock & Pullet afterwards.

Step back in time and visit Haddon Hall, a fine example of a medieval and Tudor Manor House with beautiful gardens. Lots of filming has taken place here, you might recognise Haddon Hall from scenes in Jayne Eyre and Pride & Prejudice.
