Iconic place to cruise around, check out the Love of Ganesha crystals collection, Twisted Thistle Apothecary for tinctures and witchy stuff, plenty of funky shops, costume hunting and great vintage- Wasteland has a more curated vintage selection. Can head west on Haight Street and end up in Hippy Hill which now has a few bocce courts for a nice sunny day. Can rent a set of balls in the little coffee kiosk next to the lanes.

Beautiful views of the city from all directions and the perfect picnic spot. Head to the North side of the park on weekends or risk having dogs from the south facing lawn trample through your cheese spread!

Such a lovely activity is strolling down the panhandle to the east entrance of golden gate park and basking in the sun amongst the conservatory of flowers flower beds. Inside is well worth a peek as well!

Incredible Urban Hike from McAllister, head South on Baker Street towards Buena Vista Park. Past Buena Vista Park keep heading uphill until you've reached Corona Heights. You can put "Randall Museum" into your google maps to get there if you're lost as it is located inside of the park. Randall Museum has a live bird exhibit amongst other valuable information on the wildlife in the bay. Corona Heights Park is an exposed rocky, boulder scrambling hill with views to the bay. Absolutely beautiful for Sunrise or Sunset, a very inspiring spot!

Museum WayIncredible Urban Hike from McAllister, head South on Baker Street towards Buena Vista Park. Past Buena Vista Park keep heading uphill until you've reached Corona Heights. You can put "Randall Museum" into your google maps to get there if you're lost as it is located inside of the park. Randall Museum has a live bird exhibit amongst other valuable information on the wildlife in the bay. Corona Heights Park is an exposed rocky, boulder scrambling hill with views to the bay. Absolutely beautiful for Sunrise or Sunset, a very inspiring spot!

I would be remiss if I didn't suggest heading here! Home to so much rich culture history of the bay, the beatnik scene, right next to Cafe Vesuvius where Jack Kerouac was oft spotted. It is also in the Italian neighborhood of North Beach, a brave walk to Coit Tower, and only one block away from scrumptious cannolis. What more could you ask for?
