Capperi is where my family and I go for pizza! The restaurant offers a variety of food, from pizza to pasta, steaks and fish. Try the 'olive ascolane' or the 'fried courgette flowers'. Delicious!

If you fancy Asian food and don't mind a rustic environment, go to Linda which is a stone's throw from the flat. They offer a variety of good tasty Asian dishes (Chinese, Thai and Japanese) to chose from at great prices. Friendly staff

Bread and wine
Outstanding selection of wines at reasonable prices. If you like white wine, I recommend Iselis by Argiolas. It's a Sardinian wine full of body, saline and ideal for warm (or not) nights!

Neighbourhoods
Balduina is a nice and residential area with all amenities nearby. The flat is just a stone's throw away from Balduina square bustling with shops, cafes' and supermarkets. You have all you need for shopping there. Balduina is also very well connected to local transport, with Balduina train station, buses and taxis.
There is also a covered food market in Mazzaresi square in the mornings and some market stalls selling clothing just on the square

The number 1 attraction in Rome is the Colosseum; the large amphitheatre that housed 65,000 spectators in Roman days. In the Colosseum, you can visit the stands, the arena and the underground spaces of the Roman amphitheatre.
