Such a fantastic place to hang out. Love the gigantic metal flowers, the lawn, the layout all blending into the industrial/urban surroundings. A definite nod to Birmingham's steel industry roots. A mini vacation right in the neighborhood!

Coffee

Fave little coffee (and tea) places around town.
Need a little Parisian-inspired coffee and pastry? Bandit Patisserie is the place! Located in downtown Birmingham, this little shop has big windows, minimalist decor (save for the awesome wallpaper in the bathroom) and has the cutest, flakiest, most delicious pastries in town. Sweet and savory. But get there early before the selection runs low. This is not a high volume place. Worth the visit!
