Michelin stars restaurant： Eipic- Europe dish- £120/P-13 mins walk (from the property to the restaurant) It has been an epic journey from Michael Deane's small beginnings in Helen's Bay over 20 years ago, where he first won a Michelin Star, to the state-of-the-art premises now refurbished in Howard Street. A fitting name, therefore, for this recent venture, with its links to the Greek philosopher Epicurus, who held that the highest good is - of course - pleasure! The Tasting Menu is on offer for Friday lunch from 12noon to 2.30pm, and for dinner, Wednesday to Saturday from 5.30pm to 9.30pm. Diners can choose to savour as they wish from the brand new menu, and vegetarians will fine a full menu to suit their needs.

The style is relaxed, the décor is paired back and the space buzzes with energy from the open kitchen, but make no mistake, this is fine dining at its absolute best and having been awarded a Michelin Star, the experts clearly agree. Open Wednesday (dinner only), Thursday to Saturday for lunch and dinner service.
