Without a doubt one of the best happy hours in the city. Wine flight for $12!
What's great about their happy hour wine flight deal isn't that it's only $12, it's that they allow you to create your own wine flight from the very large inventory of wine. They have several sets for you to choose from if you don't want to be bothered with going through the list or if you're not too knowledgable about wine. They also have escargots, crostinis, and a type of goat cheese ball with nuts in it that makes for great snacks. If you get the escargots you have to dip the free bread they provide into that garlicky sauce!
They have cheese and charcuterie boards to mix and match that come with a lot of different things to enjoy it with, such as honey and jam, candied nuts and fruits, pickles and onions. Best to make a reservation as they do get quite busy during happy hour.

Excellent Italian restaurant that is literally 30 seconds from the apartment. Really beautiful and chill atmosphere for friends to hang out and drink and talk in west village.

I love places like this in the village. It's one of the many things I love about NYC. The atmosphere is so cute, cozy, intimate, trendy, etc. Service here goes above and beyond. Waiter explained the cheeses in depth, our water was refilled constantly, and just a generally nice attitude.

Australian coffee shop that has become hands down my favorite place to get brunch, coffee, or just an afternoon snack. Their "Magic" latte is delicious and the crowd is a very vibrant scene. GREAT for people watching!

If I were to imagine myself in the TV show "Cheers" (modified for my generation, obviously), it would look a lot like Greenwich Treehouse.
Treehouse is a very laid back bar - they've got Star Wars paraphernalia all over, so that's gotta mean something! They usually have some variation of Star Wars playing on the big screen; if not then a classic comedy or sci-fi movie or a major sporting event.
