The Motorpoint Arena is famous for its 2 Olympic Skating stars, Torville and Dean. You can also see some of your favourite bands play here, Iron Maiden, Alfie Bow, Beyonce, Ed Sheeran and Bruno Mars.
The Arena also has Ice hockey events with the local GMB Panthers in the main Arena to foam parties and general skating on the old olympic skating rink.

The park is lovely. There is a Park Run here every Saturday at 9am, I sometimes go with my dog.
It has a lake and childrens playground and a skate park. Its great for dog walking. It often has a coffee van and ice cream van. Its about 2.7 miles all the way around. It has a 5 and 10km run markers for those that want run.
