All you can eat sushi that is wonderful quality. It costs $29.00 w/o tax for the all you can eat option. This includes sushi, appetizers, salads, soup, and dessert (green tea ice cream is so yummy)! A bit further of a drive on the west side of town but worth it. Don't let the look of the place deceive you. It has an Elvis theme since the owners name is Elvis.

A beautiful drive up the Pikes Peak mountain where at the top you have an incredible view of Colorado Springs. Make sure to bring a coat and plenty of water because it tends to be cold up there and you need to be hydrated due to the elevation!
