“Can Vador is one of those "safe bet" type restaurant. Traditional, home-made dishes, good service, pleasant atmosphere. The 25 euro weekend lunch menu is pretty good value but similarly if you go a la carte you won´t have any unpleasant surprises. Nothing really stood out, to be honest, but the overall impression was that of a good meal, well served. Sometimes that´s just what you want and that´s what Can Vador offers”

“From Sant Jaume Square, take Llibreteria street and you will reach Plaça del Rei. This is one of the most charming streets in Barcelona, but because of its location it is a bit hidden, and often goes unnoticed by tourists. Here are concentrated many historic buildings of the Middle Ages that are part almost all of the Royal Palace Mayor, which was once the residence and seat of government of the counts of Barcelona and the kings of Aragon. ”
