Here is a description from their webpage: " Coltivare’s seasonal restaurant menu features fresh ingredients from the TC3 Farm and other local sources combined with global flavors for a true “Farm to Bistro” experience." Just an awesome place to eat. Also has a cooking classroom in its location.Situated downtown Ithaca.
