One of two world-class restaurants found at the One & Only hotel in Cape Town, Nobu is the first of World-class master chef Nobuyuki ‘Nobu’ Matsuhisa’s restaurants in Africa. Here his classical Japanese cuisine is given a delightful local twist, with dishes such as Sake Roast Whitefish with Jalapeno or the Chocolate Bento Box; a dark chocolate fondant with green tea ice cream and a sesame seed tuile. You can also try the Japanese beer and a selection of Sake and Shochu based cocktails in the Nobu lounge.
