Adjacent to Loussac Library. A gorgeous, wide-open park in the middle of the city, popular with dogwalkers and young families. Has a large pond with a gaggle of geese and ducks always coming & going.

Great place for walks, runs, sightseeing, mountain viewing, skating, skateboarding and playground for kids. Also, in the winter is a great for ice skating.
