Por Que No may be the hot spot, but this food cart right across the street has some of the best burritos in the city -- $5-6.

King Burrito Bus is located across from Por Que No. It's nondescript but fantastic food cart. Oh ya, a huge burrito is $5. Open 9ish to 9ish....kinda when they feel like it.
