Have you ever had mud bath? Todays the day! The original location was actually destroyed during the devastating tornado in 2021, but they’re back and in a new (larger) space! Massages, mud baths, facials, cute little make your own tea bar + more!

If pampering is in store for your Nashville adventure, you HAVE to go to O'liv!!! This place is AWESOME. Anytime a holiday or bday rolls around, my hubby knows to just get me a gift card to here. Their site says: "O.liv's mission of customizing each and every treatment using essential oils, herbs and nourishing elixirs is based on catering to individual needs. Our services are designed with integrity, focusing on client comfort and treatments created for results. And, above all else, we add a dash of fun!" I have had some of the best massages of my life at this place. And they let you choose your own oil combo if you want. I've always wanted to make a day of it and go here with some girlfriends because their lounge areas are super bohemian and fun as well!
