Here you can enjoy typical ROMAN meat, fish or vegetarian dishes. Recommended dishes: Pizzottella con pappa al pomodoro (small fried pizza with tomato and basil), just to start, pizza absolutely, pasta (carbonara, gricia, cacio e pepe, amatriciana or a dish of the day), Roman tastings ("coda alla vaccinara, trippa, polpette, fagioli con le cotiche - tail with vaccinara, tripe, meatballs, beans with pork rind" ).
