Salt is one of Boulder's first Farm to Table restaurants. It serves omnivores, localvores, carnivores, vegetarians and more! It offers a lovely vegetarian sampler. The bartender once made me an amazing cocktail (not on the menu) called a "Lemon Meringue". They serve Distilliery 291's award winning Colorado Bourbon Whiskey called "Bad Guy". If you like whisky, you gotta try this one.
