Cuban prohibition rum bar, accessed by the back black staircase. It’s been opened for a few years but they fit out is still stunning. I’m partial to a Diplomatico on the rocks to set the right tone for the night.

This hidden gem is hard to find. You'll feel like you're being led into trouble as it's only accessible via a fire escape. Don't let the outside fool you....the stairs are worth it once you get inside as you'll find an amazing assortment of cocktails expertly made by the talented staff. Well worth a visit.

One of my favourite bars, with a Cuban prohibition era theme. Highly recommend the punch bowls and the charcuterie boards. Situated in the historic Melbourne Building.
