This is the fanciest restaurant in the area. Expensive but worth every penny and great for special occasions. Book ahead of time for a reservation. Their goal is to provide a true Vermont dining experience and showcase the region's most vibrant foods.

This place is a special dining experience. It’s in an amazing space (the basement of an old grist mill located along Thatcher Brook with a waterfall in the back.) Its a unique space with amazing, amazing food! If you can get reservations you should check it out for a high end, memorable meal!

One of the (if not the) best restaurants in Vermont. You'll definitely need a reservation. Consider booking one well before your stay. They do takeout, but we can't say how well it translates. Pro Tip: Cheese!!
