Take a ride on a Jukung (Indonesian outrigger canoe). You can go all the way down to Uluwatu from Jimbaran Bay and check Bali out from a completely different direction. Do some swimming, snorkeling or surfing or whatever you like. You may get lucky and spot some dolphins or even a dugong (sea cow) and if you time it around the sunset that will be amazing.
