This spectacular restaurant in a colonial home in central Havana has one of the best and most experienced Cuban chefs. It’s an all-around Cuban experience, food and all. I advise ordering the house soup and, especially, the chilindron de cordero, lamb with tomato and peppers, which reminds me of my grandmother’s home cooking.
