Great sushi spot in Travelers Rest! Try the brussels sprouts (even you don't normally like them)..yummy!

I love sitting at the sushi bar. Not only do I get to watch the many creations be assembled but I often get to try something new. Plenty of seating is available most evenings so no worries. Food is great, atmosphere nice. Patio available.

If in TR and you're craving some sushi, definitely check out Sushi Yama! Everything was very fresh. Coming from S Florida, we are very picky when it comes to fish, and we have to say Sushi Yama is fresh. For a side try the Sautéed Brussel Sprouts! Always enjoy a great Seaweed Salad. The Hibachi Steak was excellent and great value! And loved their Teriyaki Salmon! The kids menu is more of an adult size portion. Sushi Yama packs a lot for the price. Loved it! Can get busy so make a reservation on the weekends.
