COVID Closed. Are you a beer adventurer? If yes, this is a must visit. This brewery is constantly making unusual beer. It is owned by Pacific Kettle Works which manufacturers commercial beer kettles and uses Labrewatory as a sales, educational and training lab for their products. You will find ever changing, mostly rarely repeated beers here along with more standard traditional styles. This may be Portland's best brewery. It is certainly the most unusual one. Really good food is provided by Tamale Boy a legendary Food Cart and now local chain of authentic Mexican food restaurants. Tamale Boy and Labrewatory are conjoined via a shared opening between adjoining spaces.

The most interesting brewery and beers in PDX, maybe as good as they get worldwide (not kidding). Try it. There's Tamale Boy next door and you can eat at the brewery.
