Not quite fast food, but faster food. Doesn't have the unique flavor of other New Orleans eateries, but it's close with lots of good, affordable restaurants. Great Mexican, burger, seafood, sandwich, pizza, ice cream, sushi, etc.

there are two markets within walking distance one is on the other side of Carrollton which has a rouses grocery store and numerous other shops. and there's a second market which has a Winn-Dixie grocery store and numerous other shops and restaurants.
