Great night-view alongside the Delaware River. Summerfest (Roller skate) and Winterfest (Ice skate) are one of the main attractions to visit Penn's Landing. There are also food vendors and arcade settings. Great place to stop by when visiting Philly!
For a nice walk, see the river front. Ice skating in the winter. Spruce street harbor park in the summer which has food and drinks, hammocks and lights!

“I always pass through here on the way to visit my parents or just getting to the other side of town. It's a great building, full of architectural details. Dilworth Park, on the west side, has an ice skating rink in the winter and a run through water fountain in the summer. Love Park, across the street at the end of Ben Franklin Parkway, has the LOVE sculpture and a great view up the parkway to the Philadelphia Museum of Art (with the Rocky steps). A great place to hang out and take a break. During December they have pop-up shops (Christmas Village in Love Park and Made in Philadelphia in Dilworth Park), with food and a bar, light show, ferris wheel, and a little train ride. Carousel in the center of City Hall, and musicians and performers. Go across the street on the east side to Macys and catch the light show and Dicken's Village of A Christmas Carol there.”
