A local pub with a nice kitchen. Stay away of the tourist traps and eat where the locals do. Order the food at the cashier. Raspeballer every thursday is my favourite meal in this world. :)

A friendly pub which also serves lovely food – a mix of traditional Norwegian and international meals so you are sure to find something you like there. Vegetarian options. Good for kids.

This is one of our favourite waterhole. It is a really informal, kinda eclectic, with an older clientele. They serve local beer, wine and traditional dishes. In the summer they have some of the best shrimp you can get in town 🙂

Our neighbourhood bar, cafe and restaurant, housed in a former public bathhouse. Great athmosphere and good, simple food based on local ingredients. The shrimp platter is especially recommended.
