The Empty Pint is the taproom at our state-of-the-art production brewery in Lakewood, New York. Since our founding in the early 2000s, The Empty Pint has poured fresh beers and served as the launching point for Saturday brewery tours. Our expansive outdoor beer garden is open seasonally. Located above gleaming steel vessels, The Brewhouse Tasting Room is open to the public on Saturdays (serving beer flights) and is the endpoint of our Saturday tours. Featuring gorgeous views of the brewhouse and picturesque woodlands, the Brewhouse Tasting Room also offers visitors a small gift shop and growlers to go.

When we ask our guests to name their favorite place to go, Southern Tier Brewing is always at the top of the list! Their outdoor seating in the summer is always fun and their seasonal beers/drinks are a must try!

Local brewery that has climbed into national recognition.. Beautiful facility w tasting area and food options. There is also outdoor seating with occasional live music. Stbcbeer.com

This is a MUST VISIT. You can take a tour of the brewery. Empty Pint restaurant on site has a unique atmosphere, live music, food and beer. Bring the kids & dog. What more do you want.... BUT WAIT -- they are also a distillery & offer various flavors of Bourbon, Whiskey and canned spirits. Try the Candy Apple whiskey and/or the Pumpking beer.
