Within 5 mins drive the Midlands Reserve and Water Park in Ballarat North is a fantastic play splace for children. A bright and colourful water splash park stands alongside a well equipped playground within a large grassy area. There are two undercover areas beside the splash park, one of them provides picnic tables and two free electric barbecues. The park also provides a drinking tap, a toilet block and rubbish bins. The splash park opening hours are: Monday to Sunday 9am to 9pm November to April Admission: Free
