The best carciofo alla giudia in Rome and carbonara, gricia and all typical Roman dishes. you cannot reserve a table, I recommend that you go there a little earlier

Small but very quaint place. A place to eat excellent Roman specialties (not tourist) at a fair price. At lunch you can go quietly without reservations. Discouraged the evening for dinner, they do not take reservations and is much more crowded. Recommended artichokes alla romana - Carciofi alla Romana - (delicious) as a starter and a pasta (carbonara or cheese-and-pepper - Cacio e Pepe-, both very good) as the first .. If you want to exaggerate the second Coda alla Vaccinara.
