The iconic Negresco five-star Hotel is an inseparable part of the city landscape, established in 1912. Hard to believe, but this hotel was once a hospital – during World War I to be exact. Since 1957, it is belong to Madame Augier, a public figure in Nice. It has been and still is a holiday…

Hotel Negresco is a boutique hotel. "Boutique" is an understatement. It's a majestic palace, with a distinct architecture reminiscing us of days bygone when kings, queens, presidents, aristocrats would travel to Nice. You may go in to eat at a restaurant. At the same time, please visit the art…

“During your visit to Nice, do not miss the Masséna museum, you must visit this sublime museum just next to the Promenade des Anglais. The place is enchanted, the furniture is sumptuous, the interior is mesmerizing. The art evokes all of these by a scenography which combines the graphic arts, the furniture and the objects of this period and more particularly the history. You will be able to see the death mask of Napoleon made by Doctor Arnolt, the diadem of Joséphine in mother-of-pearl.”

“The Russian Orthodox Cathedral of Nice The Cathedral of Saint Nicolas in Nice, classified as a historical monument, is the most important religious building of Orthodox worship outside Russia. Even if very far from the kind of things you expected to do in Nice, it is worth taking a look, if only to appreciate the contrast between the architecture and the Mediterranean vegetation and even the palm trees that are just around! It is also possible to visit the inside of the cathedral.”

“The Fine Arts Museum has an important collection of works that covers the entire history of art from the 16th to the 20th century and has been enriched over the years by significant donations. The collections highlight a real evolution in painting and sculpture. The themes and subjects covered, the dynamism of colour, the use of light are clearly a transition from classical painting to a modernity sought by artists.useums”

“The Basilica of Notre-Dame de Nice is a Roman Catholic basilica situated on the Avenue Jean Médecin in the centre of Nice, in France. It is in the Neo-Gothic architectural tradition. The basilica, built between 1864 and 1868, was designed by Louis Lenormand and is the largest church in Nice, but is not the cathedral”
