Definitely the best breakfast spot in Cambridge. If you arrive before 10am you shouldn't have to wait too long. After 10am you might have a 30-60 minute wait. Put your name in and go exploring - definitely worth it! Lemon ricotta pancakes are amazing.

Best brunch in Central Square (lines get long fast though, so go early!)
