One of the most familiar landmarks in San Diego (and often mistaken for the Mission), this museum marks the site where California began. Go for the view and gorgeous Spanish Revival architecture.

Overlooking San Diego Bay and Fashion Valley and a great place to walk around, picnic in the park and hike around the area. Great view of the sunset over the bay.
