A cracking little pizza restaurant set under huge shady plane trees right on the river beach. Although the snack food here is not the best at all the pizza restaurant is excellent. Simple pizzas with a nice light base and range of toppings plus excellent pizzas for the kids. Over the main road from the bar you can pay to use the campsites water slide. Alternatively walk over the footbridge to the other side of the river for a bit or peace away from the crowds.

A lovely setting on the river beach at St Aulaye, this unassuming outdoor restaurant serves the best moules and frites we've ever tasted - really! Sadly, only in high season.

❤️À Sainte-Terre, 13 min en voiture. Ouverte du 15 mai au 15 octobre. Renommé La Plage des Vilains Garçons. Passer un moment agréable de détente en bord de Dordogne dans leur Guinguette chic & chill! Tres sympa, sourtout Vendredi et Samedi soir d'été (musique, danse) lundi- dimanche 10h00 à 00h30. #Appelez à l'avance, car ils n'ouvrent que lorsque le temps est favorable
