The "new" fortress which is a public park with great views over the city. There is also an art gallery with exhibitions, often photo, during summer.

The Fortezza Nuova was re-opened in 2021 with stands, stages woth food and drinks, and music events. Suggestable first: check on their social media pages the programme. Since summer 2022 the most common events are mainly electro- music dj set. Enjoy :)

Nice to visit. Built in the 16th C the Fortezza Nuova now encloses a park.
