If you need a mani/pedi or waxing, this is the closest place I'd recommend. There are also places on Cortland for walk-ins that will do in a pinch.

Good mani/pedi spot for visitors coming in town for a special event. Not fancy, but nice & clean and they play movies. Easy walk from the flat.
