The famous bar of the Barrio de la Viña, with every inch of its walls covered in flamenco and bullfighting posters, always-busy Casa Manteca is full of old tapas faves. Ask the chatty waiters for "chicharrones" (pressed pork dressed with a squeeze of lemon), and it'll fly across the bar on waxed paper.
