Recently renovated, this is a stand-alone tiny house that shares a driveway with my home. The cottage has a full bath with laundry, kitchen, a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a full size futon with bedding in the living room. Ample off street parking for bigger vehicles or those pulling a trailer.

We work long days and typically are only in common areas in the evenings. Quick walk downtown to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries!
