On top of Unik Hotel, one of the fanciest restaurants in São Paulo. Expensive, but maybe a one time visit ;) If you go for it, I advice on a rainless day so you can sit outside, nice view.

Skye Bar is at the top of Hotel Unique and has one of the best views of Sao Paulo's skyline.
