Super place for breakfast with parking and direct access to the Tarka Trail equidistant to Barnstaple and Instow - play area for children and picnic spaces.

The tarka trail is great for family biking and you can rent bikes. With bike rental companies in Braunton and Fremington Key. We recommend cycling between Fremington Key and Instow, the Glorious Oyster cafe is set in the sand dunes and offers great seafood (It needs to be a dry summers day as outside seating only). Or in the winter the Johns of Instow deli offers delicious food too.
