For my fellow vegans: a new fully vegan diner in Manchester! Best vegan cocktail award has to be for the Dude Abides, a respectable vegan nod to the Big Lebowski.

Vegan Diner. I haven't been but it comes highly recommended Probably 20-30 min walk from the Loft or the Metro from Deansgate.
