This is a great small local bookstore. The selections lean to the liberal taste. It's also right next door to Ramsi's so you can browse while you wait for a table.

Old-school book store worth perusing. There's a coffee shop attached to the building so you can sip and read.

Carmichael's has two locations and is our most prominent local bookstore. If you want to experience Louisville, this would be one of the places to visit.
