Why? Because it has great coffee, tea and hot chocolate, and it is right across the street!

What can I say? Right across the street! Free wifi, clean, large seating area. Not as crowded as Starbucks, I like it much better.

Much better than Starbucks, in my humble opinion, although there are plenty of Starbucks and Duncan Donuts within a quick walk.
