If you want to rent a bike or a scooter you can do it here. It is in Lote 14, the same building were you collect the keys, so in the resort. Despite the name you can also rent a car here. In any case I strongly recommend you to rent a car for the entire stay and pick up the car in the airport, it is cheaper and what you save on the taxi / uber to the resort very often pays the entire rent a car.
