Fred's is one of many restaurants, bars, and shops on Main St. If you are looking for a place to bar hop or shop til you drop, Main St. is the place.

It's on the second floor and it is famous for it's amazing view. Get a table outside right at the corner, especially during sunset. You can see the pier, the beach, Pacific Coast Highway and all the events on the Main street right from here. Food is pretty good and they have a full bar. Not upscale so the prices are reasonable.
